The agent of reported Manchester United target Leander Dendoncker has claimed that his client wants to leave current club Anderlecht in this summer's transfer window.
Last month, it was reported that United were interested in signing the 22-year-old, with the Red Devils sending scouts to watch him in action against Antwerp in the Belgian league on July 28.
Anderlecht sporting director Herman van Holsbeeck then fuelled the speculation when he admitted that the Belgian outfit would find it difficult to reject an offer of between £22.3m and £31.3m this summer.
Dendoncker's agent Christophe Henrotay has revealed that the midfielder does want to leave Anderlecht this summer, but a move in this transfer window "seems difficult".
"Anderlecht want to keep him but the kid wants a new challenge. We'll see if we can find an agreement with the club, but that seems difficult," Henrotay told Foot Mercato.
Dendoncker scored six times in 56 appearances for Anderlecht last season.
