Claudio Marchisio's agent has insisted that the Italy international is not thinking about securing a move away from Juventus.
The 28-year-old is a reported target for Manchester United, while Arsenal and Liverpool have also been linked with a possible move for the midfielder. However, his representative has hinted that an extension to his current deal is more likely.
"I've read that the renewal should be imminent, but Claudio is focused on the season and doesn't think about the contract," Marchisio's agent and father, Stefano, told calciomercato.it.
"The current agreement expires in 2016 and there is time for talk about it. Claudio has always repeated that his dream is to continue to wear the Juventus jersey and possibly close his career here.
"Sometimes I have received phone calls from agents who told me of the interest of clubs such as Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool. But no-one from these clubs, however, has never contacted directly us. And in case I would tell them to talk to Juve."
Marchisio is expected to play a key role for Italy at this summer's World Cup in Brazil.
