Anthony Martial will not be leaving Manchester United during the January transfer window, according to his agent Philippe Lamboley.
The 28-year-old's future has been the subject of much speculation, as he only has a contract with the 20-time English champions until the end of the 2023-24 campaign.
Martial, who has not featured for Erik ten Hag's side since the start of September, has been linked with a mid-season exit, with a number of clubs believed to be interested in his signature.
However, the Frenchman's agent has ruled out a January exit, revealing that the ex-Monaco youngster will stay at Old Trafford until at least the end of the campaign.
"Anthony will not leave and will stay until his contract ends in June," Lamboley told Sky Sports News.
Martial has only managed two goals and two assists in 19 appearances for Ten Hag's side this season, including one goal and one assist in 13 Premier League appearances.
The forward's last appearance for the Red Devils came against Bournemouth in the Premier League on December 9, and he was initially absent through illness before it was suggested that he had an adductor issue.
Lamboley recently played down suggestions of an issue between Martial and Man United amid claims that the Frenchman was training away from the first team.
The forward is believed to be in talks with the club's medical team to discuss the possibility of undergoing a hip operation which has the potential to end his season.
Man United are yet to provide an official update on a potential injury for Martial, but he is now highly unlikely to leave Old Trafford before the end of the month.
Inter Milan, Fenerbahce and West Ham United will allegedly be among the European clubs in the running to secure his signature this summer, should he be available on a free transfer.
Martial is also believed to be attracting interest from the Saudi Pro League, but the Frenchman is thought to be keen to continue his career in European football.
Since arriving at Man United from Monaco in 2015, Martial has made 317 appearances for the Red Devils, scoring 90 goals and registering 55 assists in the process.
Ten Hag is likely to be asked about the striker's fitness when he speaks to the media ahead of next weekend's FA Cup fourth-round contest with League Two side Newport County. body check tags ::
