Ajax head coach Alfred Schreuder has commented on Antony's future amid rumours linking the forward to Manchester United.
United are pursuing the Brazilian as they look to strengthen in the final third before the transfer window closes, while the player himself appears to be pushing to join the Premier League club.
Antony is not currently training with the Dutch champions, and he was left out of the squad for Ajax's 1-0 win over Sparta Rotterdam at the weekend.
The 22-year-old wants to complete a move to Old Trafford within the next couple of days, with United believed to be preparing a new offer after reportedly having a £68m bid rejected.
With Antony's future at Ajax called into question, the club's manager Schreuder has responded to transfer speculation surrounding the player.
As quoted by Italian football expert Fabrizio Romano, the Ajax boss told Mike Verweij: "Antony is not training with the group, but I do see him every day.
"Nothing has changed since last Sunday. We don't have a deadline. But I am assuming Antony will stay. He has a contract at Ajax."
Despite being left out of the squad for the win over Sparta Rotterdam, Antony has scored two goals and contributed two assists in three appearances for Ajax this term. body check tags ::
