Arsenal have reportedly seen off competition from Premier League rivals Manchester United to sign young Estonian goalkeeper Karl Jakob Hein.
The Daily Mail reports that the 16-year-old was on the radar of a number of other top-flight clubs, too, including Brighton & Hove Albion and Southampton.
Hein impressed during his trial with Arsenal and was offered a one-year deal, which includes the option for a further three, and he was happy to put pen to paper.
Former Arsenal keeper Mart Poom is said to have played a part in the Estonia Under-17s international's decision to join the Gunners from Nomme United in Tallinn.
Rumoured Celtic and RB Leipzig target Arthur Okonkwo may now move on this summer following Hein's arrival.
