Portuguese champions Benfica are interested in snapping up Manchester United goalkeeper Anders Lindegaard, according to reports.
The 30-year-old made only one Premier League appearance for the Red Devils last season, with new boss Louis van Gaal allegedly telling him that he has no future at the club.
The Daily Star claims that Benfica have been contacted by Lindegaard's agent, alerting them that the Danish stopper is willing to resurrect a deal to take him to the Estadio da Luz.
Lindegaard has been at Old Trafford since November 2010, making 26 starts in all competitions.
