Besiktas club official Metin Albayrak has confirmed that the Turkish giants still want to sign Manchester United's Marouane Fellaini.
The club are understood to have made an approach for Fellaini during the summer, but United boss Jose Mourinho was not prepared to sell the Belgian international due to his importance to the team.
Albayrak, however, has seemingly suggested that his club will continue to fight for the signature of the 29-year-old.
"Fellaini is on our list, we have made efforts to sign him but not just him. He is not the only player we scouted, our scouting team watched 20 games live this week. We are keeping tabs on several players," Albayrak told Turkish-Football.
Fellaini made his return from a knee injury in United's 1-0 defeat at Chelsea in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
