Besiktas are ready to make a bid for out-of-favour Manchester United goalkeeper Victor Valdes, according to a report.
The Spanish international joined the Red Devils last term, but was second choice behind David de Gea.
However, Valdes has since had a falling out with manager Louis van Gaal and AMK claims that Besiktas are willing to move for the former Barcelona stopper.
It is thought that the Black Eagles will step up their search for a keeper after Cenk Gonen left the Istanbul club during the close season.
Besiktas may face competition from newly-promoted Antalyaspor, but they would be expected to beat their Turkish Super Lig rivals in the race for Valdes.
