Chelsea have reportedly been told that an offer in the region of €40m (£32m) would be enough to sign in-demand Monaco midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni.

The 21-year-old has already made 14 appearances for his Ligue 1 club during the 2021-22 campaign, while he featured on three occasions for France during the September international break.

A number of clubs, including Manchester United, Juventus and Chelsea, are believed to be keen on a move for the midfielder during next summer's transfer window.

According to journalist Ekrem Konur, Monaco will not consider selling the Frenchman unless they receive an offer in the region of €40m (£32m).

Tchouameni has scored four times and registered four assists in 59 appearances for Monaco since arriving at the club from Bordeaux in January 2020.

The midfielder, who captained his side in the Europa League against Sturm Graz last month, has a contract at Stade Louis II until June 2024. body check tags ::
