Chelsea are reportedly preparing a £50m offer for Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson.
The 23-year-old has spent each of the last two seasons on loan with Sheffield United and has starred for the Blades in the Premier League this season, keeping 11 clean sheets in 28 appearances.
Henderson is due to return to Old Trafford next summer but his immediate future at Old Trafford is unclear due to the presence of David de Gea between the sticks.
United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer recently said that the Englishman would be the club's number one stopper at some point in the future, although it seems likely that he could again be loaned out next season.
According to The Sun, Chelsea want Henderson to become their first-choice goalkeeper next term and are considering offering £50m for the former Carlisle United youngster.
Henderson's current deal with the 20-time English champions has another two years left to run, but the club are allegedly determined to tie him to a new contract.
