Roma midfielder Daniele de Rossi has suggested that he would be prepared to depart the Italian side in the future.
The 30-year-old, who has been strongly linked with a move to the Premier League in recent seasons, has insisted, however, that he would not play for another club in Serie A.
"Had I left Roma in the past or if I leave in the future then I would go for an experience abroad," De Rossi told reporters at a press conference on Wednesday.
"I feel like an integral part of Roma and Roma are an integral part of my life but, if I were to go, then I would not play for another Italian side out of respect to the club. I would move to a foreign outfit."
Manchester United and Manchester City are both believed to be interested in his services.
