Three Premier League clubs are said to be monitoring Luka Modric's situation at Real Madrid.
The 27-year-old Croatian moved to the Bernabeu in a £33m deal from Tottenham Hotspur in August, however he has so far struggled to live up to his high price tag.
Modric is ranked below Mesut Ozil in Madrid's midfield pecking order and has started just eight La Liga games this season.
According to The Mirror, he could be willing to consider a return to England in the summer and Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City are all on alert.
Modric's current contract expires in June 2017.
