Ezekiel Fryers picks Tottenham Hotspur over Newcastle United

Manchester United youngster Ezekiel Fryers reportedly opts to join Tottenham Hotspur over Newcastle United.

Ezekiel Fryers has reportedly opted to sign for Tottenham Hotspur over Newcastle United.

The 19-year-old will be a free agent in July following his failure to agree a new contract with Manchester United.

That news alerted Spurs and Newcastle, both of whom are believed to have offered the 19-year-old a contract.

Having considered both options, the England youth international has decided upon a switch to White Hart Lane, according to The Mirror.

As he is under the age of 24, Spurs will have to pay the Red Devils compensation for Fryers.
