Angel Gomes is reportedly nearing a contract extension with Manchester United.
The 19-year-old made his first-team debut for the Red Devils in May 2017 and has since appeared on a further six occasions for the club, including three outings during the 2019-20 campaign.
Gomes will see his current deal with the 20-time English champions expire at the end of the season, and there have been suggestions that he could look to move on in search of pastures new.
However, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, the attacker is closing in on a new deal at Old Trafford with an announcement imminent.
Gomes has started both of United's Europa League matches this season, while he also appeared off the bench in the 2-0 defeat to West Ham United in the Premier League on September 22.
Another of the club's academy products recently penned fresh terms at the club, with Mason Greenwood committing his future to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side until the summer of 2023.
