Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Braut Haaland is reportedly leaning towards a switch to La Liga over the Premier League.
The Norway international will be the subject of an intense transfer battle when his release clause activates at the end of the current campaign.
Aside from Paris Saint-Germain, the bulk of the reported interest in Haaland comes from England and Spain, with Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Real Madrid and Barcelona all thought to be in the race.
The latter two may now have been handed boosts in their pursuits of the 21-year-old, with journalist Gianluca Di Marzio claiming that the Premier League is not his favoured destination.
"He doesn't like the Premier League much. It's not exactly his dream. [La Liga] the perfect environment for him to play in," Di Marzio told Sky Italia, as quoted by Marca.
Bayern Munich were previously credited with an interest in Haaland, but CEO Oliver Kahn has all but ruled out his side's chances of signing the striker in 2022.
Haaland has struck 19 goals in 15 games across all tournaments this season, taking his total tally for Dortmund to 76 in 75 appearances. body check tags ::
