Borussia Dortmund defender Mats Hummels is not joining Manchester United this month, according to his father.
Hermann Hummels, who also acts as his son's agent, said that the World Cup winner will not be leaving the German outfit despite their troubled start to the season.
"There is nothing to it," he told Sky Sports News when quizzed about the possibility of his son signing for United during the January window.
Hummels has been linked with a £35m switch to Old Trafford, rumours that intensified as Dortmund plunged into the Bundesliga relegation zone.
