Inter Milan have agreed a fee with Sao Paulo to sign Manchester United target Lucas Moura, according to reports.
Sao Paulo are said to have held talks with Inter director Marco Branca and have agreed a fee of £25m for the Brazilian international.
The 19-year-old has been linked with United for much of the summer, with the Red Devils understood to be unwilling to meet Sao Paulo's current asking price.
Inter president Massimo Moratti has also acknowledged that Moura's price is high and indicated that any deal is far from completion.
Moratti told Sky Italia: "Holding an interest doesn't mean you're willing to accept certain terms, Branca's not there to finalise anything. The situation is ongoing, we'll see."
Moura is currently on Olympic duty with Brazil at London 2012 and is in the squad for their quarter-final tie against Honduras at St. James' Park on Saturday, August 4.
