Inter Milan and Lazio will reportedly battle for the services of Manchester United defender Matteo Darmian.
Darmian was strongly linked with a move away from United during the summer, but ultimately remained at Old Trafford under the orders of Jose Mourinho.
Mourinho's sacking as head coach of the Red Devils appears to have changed Darmian's situation, however, and the Italian will see his current deal expire at the end of this season.
According to Calciomercato, both Inter and Lazio are interested in signing the 29-year-old on a free transfer next summer, although it is thought that United will look to sell in January.
Darmian, who joined United from Torino in 2015, has made four Premier League appearances this season.
