Inter Milan are reportedly preparing a fresh offer for Manchester United forward Romelu Lukaku.
The Italian giants have been strongly linked with a move for the Belgium international over the last few weeks. However, it had been thought that United's £75m valuation would price Inter out of a swoop.
According to The Sun, though, Inter are preparing to make 'a serious offer' for the 26-year-old after I Nerazzurri head coach Antonio Conte convinced the board to meet the English club's asking price.
Lukaku travelled with the United squad on their pre-season tour of Australia and Asia, where Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side recorded wins over Perth Glory, Leeds United, Inter and Tottenham Hotspur.
The centre-forward did not play a single minute of football, though, and is reportedly due to meet with Inter officials to discuss a switch to Serie A ahead of the 2019-20 campaign.
The former Anderlecht youngster only managed 15 goals for the Red Devils last season.
