Inter Milan are reportedly considering a January swoop for Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic.
The 31-year-old has only made three Premier League appearances for the Red Devils this season after falling out of favour under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The Serbia international will see his current deal at Old Trafford expire at the end of the 2019-20 campaign, and it seems unlikely that the midfielder will be penning a fresh contract at the club.
A number of clubs have been credited with an interest in Matic over the last few weeks, with the two-time Premier League winner available to sign a pre-contract with a foreign club at the start of 2020.
However, according to Corriere dello Sport, Inter are considering a cut-price bid for the Serbian during the January transfer window as they want him for the second half of the campaign.
Both Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez left United during the summer to join the Italian giants, although the latter is only on loan with Antonio Conte's side until the end of the 2019-20 season.
