Manchester United must reportedly see off competition from Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain for Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes.
The Red Devils are believed to have scouted the Portugal international, who has an £86m release clause written into his contract.
United are not alone in showing an interest in Fernandes, though, as the Portugal international's stunning form this term - 28 goals scored in all competitions - has led to Juve and PSG joining the race to sign him.
Portuguese outlet A Bola suggests that the European giants have also been keeping tabs on the 24-year-old in the second half of the season with an eye on making a move in the summer.
Fernandes's 28 goals from midfield breaks the record set by Chelsea legend Frank Lampard in 2009-10.
