Manchester United have reportedly started to consider a loan exit for defender Victor Lindelof.
Last summer, United signed Lindelof from Benfica for a fee of £31m but the 23-year-old has struggled to establish himself in the centre of United's defence.
Just 17 starts have been made in Premier League and Champions League fixtures and according to The Sun, manager Jose Mourinho is considering giving Lindelof the chance to earn regular first-team football elsewhere.
The report states that Mourinho remains an admirer of the player but with over three years still remaining on the Swedish international's contract, the Portuguese and United are prepared to remain patient with the summer signing.
United have been linked with moves for Barcelona's Samuel Umtiti and West Bromwich Albion's Jonny Evans.
