Bayern Munich youngster Jamal Musiala is reportedly ready to end any speculation over his future by penning a new long-term deal with the Bundesliga champions.
The 17-year-old linked up with Bayern's youth teams in the summer of 2019 after leaving Chelsea, and he has enjoyed a breakthrough campaign with Hansi Flick's side this season.
Musiala has made 23 appearances for the senior team in all competitions and boasts three goals in the German top flight, leading to talk of a possible move back to England with Liverpool or Manchester United.
However, The Guardian reports that Bayern are desperate to keep hold of the England Under-21s international, and they have made significant progress in talks over a new five-year deal until 2026.
The report adds that Musiala will commit his future to Bayern when he turns 18 on the 26th of this month, with his current deal due to expire in 2022, and he could pocket up to £100k a week in Bavaria if he meets performance-related targets.
The playmaker has already turned out for both England and Germany at youth level, with his national allegiance at senior level yet to be determined.
