The future of Benfica striker Darwin Nunez has become dependent on the outcome of the Champions League final between Liverpool and Real Madrid, according to a report.
Nunez has been heavily linked with a move away from the Primeira Liga side this summer following an exceptional 2021-22 campaign for the Lisbon side.
Manchester United are said to be one of the sides most interested in a potential move for the Uruguayan in the coming weeks, as well as Champions League finalists Liverpool and Real.
Now according to a report from Portuguese outlet Record, the result of the showpiece in Paris could prove pivotal in deciding the 22-year-old's future in the upcoming transfer window.
The report continues with how both clubs have been made aware of Nunez's €100m (£85m) price tag by Benfica, and that the striker's move will be decided following the game.
