Manchester United could try to swoop for Barcelona attacker Raphinha on transfer deadline day, according to a report.
The Brazil international made the move to Camp Nou from Leeds United in the summer after keeping the Whites in the Premier League with 11 goals last season.
Raphinha has posted a respectable four goals and seven assists in 27 outings for Xavi's men during his debut campaign, but he has failed to become a consistent starter.
With Ousmane Dembele, Gavi, Ferran Torres and Ansu Fati also available out wide, Raphinha has only started nine La Liga games this season and is already being linked with an exit.
According to The Mirror, Man United are attentive to the 26-year-old's situation and have not ruled out the possibility of a late move for the attacker on deadline day.
The report states that Barcelona are working to raise funds for Manchester City's Ilkay Gundogan, and La Blaugrana could therefore be open to letting Raphinha leave for the right price.
However, with the former Rennes attacker still under contract at Camp Nou until 2027, Barcelona are under no pressure to accept a cut-price fee in the next few hours.
Arsenal were also linked with a move for Raphinha as an alternative to Mykhaylo Mudryk, but the Gunners were supposedly quoted as much as €100m (£88m) for his signature.
Whether Man United can pull off a late move for Raphinha will likely depend on the immediate futures of Anthony Elanga and Facundo Pellistri, but neither man is expected to be loaned out before Tuesday's deadline. body check tags ::
