Manchester United are reportedly lining up potential replacements for reserve goalkeepers Sergio Romero and Lee Grant, with both players out of contract in the summer.
David De Gea has been United's undisputed number one for the past seven seasons and his form has seen their game time limited.
According to The Express, the Old Trafford club have an option to extend Romero's contract by a further year but fear the 32-year-old could move on in search of more minutes.
The Argentina international has not made an appearance in the Premier League since May 2018, but earns around £60,000 per week.
The report adds that there has been plenty of outside interest in Romero, who is thought to be open to a transfer away from Manchester.
Grant, who has made two appearances for United in his two seasons at the club, will reportedly leave at the end of his current deal in the summer.
