Brighton & Hove Albion will reportedly accept offers of £60m for Alexis Mac Allister amid interest from Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea.

Mac Allister has been a key part of a Brighton side that are currently chasing European qualification, having scored 10 goals and provided two assists in his 30 competitive games this season.

The 24-year-old also played a prominent role in Argentina's success at the 2022 World Cup, contributing one goal and one assist in his six appearances at the tournament, helping his country win the prestigious trophy for the third time.

Mac Allister's performances for club and country have led to interest from a number of the Premier League's biggest sides.

Man United have identified Mac Allister as a potential target with Scott McTominay's future shrouded in uncertainty, while Bayern Munich loanee Marcel Sabitzer is currently set to return to his parent club at the end of the season.

Liverpool, meanwhile, are looking to rebuild in the middle of the park, with Naby Keita, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and James Milner all out of contract in June.

A recent report claimed that the Reds have dropped out of the race for their previous number one target, Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham.

As a result, Jurgen Klopp's side are exploring other options, including Mac Allister and his Brighton teammate Moises Caicedo.

Despite splashing out on Enzo Fernandez in the January window, Chelsea have also registered an interest in Mac Allister.

According to Football Insider, prospective buyers will have to submit an offer in the region of £60m to secure the player's services.

The Seagulls are keen to keep hold of Mac Allister, but they are wary he could push for a move away ahead of the 2023-24 season.

The Argentine's father Carlos Mac Allister recently admitted that he believes it is likely his son will leave this summer.

Brighton will be in a strong negotiating position if they decide to sanction a sale after Mac Allister signed a contract extension until 2025 in October.

During his time with the South-coast side, the 24-year-old has scored 18 goals and contributed eight assists in 102 appearances.

After beating Chelsea 2-1 at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, Brighton will turn their attention to Sunday's FA Cup semi-final against Man United. body check tags ::
