Manchester United have made new contracts for Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba 'priorities', according to Fabrizio Romano.
Fernandes's deal at Old Trafford is not due to expire until the summer of 2025, but the club supposedly want to reward the Portuguese playmaker with a bumper new contract.
Pogba, meanwhile, is due to become a free agent at the end of the current campaign, but the France international is thought to be leaning towards signing a new deal at United.
Now, transfer insider Romano reports that Pogba and Fernandes's contracts are the 'priority' for United, and there have already been 'positive' discussions with the latter's agent.
Romano adds that the Red Devils hope to tie Fernandes down to a new contract by the end of the year, and his new deal is thought to be worth a mammoth £250k per week.
Fernandes has already netted four times in four Premier League games this term, while Pogba has provided seven assists during an eye-catching opening to the campaign. body check tags ::
