Aston Villa teenager Carney Chukwuemeka is reportedly being tracked by both Manchester City and Manchester United as the interest in the midfielder grows.
The 17-year-old is yet to make his first-team debut for Villa but has been on the bench twice in the Premier League this season, including against Man City on Wednesday night.
According to The Guardian, Man City and Man United have been alerted to the youngster's progress, and the two Manchester clubs could now go head to head for his signature.
The report, though, claims that there is also interest from RB Leipzig, Monaco and PSV Eindhoven, with Villa facing a battle to keep hold of him on a long-term basis.
Chukwuemeka, who has been training with Dean Smith's side since December, has netted once and provided two assists in 16 Premier League 2 appearances this term.
The England Under-18s international penned a three-year deal at Villa Park in October 2020.
