Manchester United have reportedly failed to make further progress in negotiations with Borussia Dortmund for Jadon Sancho.
While United have long been linked with the England international, Dortmund revealed last month that they wanted a deal to be agreed by August 10.
However, according to the Daily Mail, United have been unable to reach a compromise over a fee, with the Bundesliga outfit said to be demanding £108m.
Despite being in England over the weekend to attend a party, Sancho has now boarded a flight to link up with his Dortmund teammates for their pre-season trip to Switzerland.
Although a deal could still be reached at a later date, it is unclear whether Dortmund will maintain their current stance regarding a payment plan.
The German club would prefer the majority of any fee to be paid up front, whereas United favour spreading their financial outlay over a number of years.
