Manchester United have edged closer to a move for young Oliveirense forward Bruno Amorim.
The 19-year-old, who can play up front or on the wings, was promoted to the first team at Oliveirense - who compete in Portugal's second division - last season.
Speaking to Noticias ao Minuto, club director Antonio Jose Leite revealed that the move is "90% done" with the transfer to be completed imminently.
"He had been promoted to the main squad, but the scouting (Manchester United) was already aware and decided to take him there for experience," he said.
"At this time the business is 90% done and he can have an excellent contract. The contract will shortly be announced, but it is a future bet on United."
Amorim is set to link up with Nicky Butt's Under-23 side, joining Largie Ramazani and Aliou Badara Traore who were also brought in this summer.
