Manchester United have reportedly rejected Sevilla's loan bid for attacker Anthony Martial, who has established that he wants to leave Old Trafford.
Interim manager Ralf Rangnick confirmed last week that the French international has decided that he wants to leave the Red Devils in search of regular gametime, having only made two Premier League starts this season.
It was reported earlier on Tuesday that Spanish outfit Sevilla had made a loan bid for Martial, but it is believed that the offer only covered half of his £200,000-a-week wages.
The Telegraph now report that Man United have rejected that loan bid as the Premier League side will not allow Martial to leave Old Trafford in a cheap deal next month.
Sevilla are said to have been told that they will only be able to secure a loan move for the 26-year-old if they cover all of his wages and pay a loan fee, which will be the requirement to any other interested party also.
Martial has a long-term contract with Man United running until 2024, after joining in 2015 and scoring 79 goals in 268 appearances for the club. body check tags ::
