Manchester United have reportedly identified Fiorentina winger Federico Chiesa as a potential summer signing.
While United added Bruno Fernandes and Odion Ighalo to their first-team squad in January, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is expected to be provided with the funds to bring in more fresh faces at the end of the season.
According to the Daily Mail, the Premier League giants have started to take an interest in the development of Chiesa.
The report claims that United had a scout in attendance for Fiorentina's Serie A encounter with AC Milan last weekend.
Chiesa has spent his entire professional career with Viola, contributing 29 goals from 138 appearances in all competitions.
Although Fiorentina are allegedly attempting to extend the 22-year-old's contract to 2024, the attacker is being tipped to move to a bigger club in the future.
