Manchester United have reportedly indicated that they are ready to firm up their interest in Monaco defender Djibril Sidibe.
With uncertainty currently surrounding the futures of Matteo Darmian, Luke Shaw and Daley Blind, manager Jose Mourinho is keen to strengthen in the full-back positions this summer.
United have been linked with an approach for Juventus's Alex Sandro but according to Le10 Sport, Sidibe is very much on the radar of the North-West giants.
Sidibe has spent the last two seasons at Stade Louis II - making 76 appearances in all competitions - but it appears increasingly likely that the player will move on during the summer.
Monaco remain in a strong position with the 25-year-old having just over four years remaining on his deal, but the Ligue 1 runners-ups may receive offers in excess of £40m for the France international.
