Manchester United are reportedly not prepared to sell defender Phil Jones for a cut-price fee.
The England international has not made a competitive appearance for United since January due to both injury and falling down the pecking order under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
United were allegedly open to parting ways with the centre-back during the summer transfer window, only for the 28-year-old to receive little interest.
According to The Sun, club officials are still looking to receive £20m for Jones, who still has three years remaining on his contract.
United realistically have little chance of recouping that fee during the current financial climate, leaving the likelihood of complicated negotiations being held between the relevant parties.
While Jones could come back into contention in the Premier League, he was recently left out of United's Champions League squad.
