Manchester United are reportedly prepared to pay £89m for Barcelona winger Ansu Fati.
Despite being just 17 years of age, Fati has already made 11 starts and 13 substitute outings for the Catalan giants, contributing five goals.
While the teenager still has two years left on his contract, with Barcelona possessing the option of extending those terms until 2024, United are said to be monitoring the player's progression.
However, according to Sport, the La Liga leaders have no intention of parting ways with the prospect in the near future.
That stance comes despite Barcelona allegedly being in a position where they need to raise funds for their shortlisted targets ahead of the next transfer window.
The report adds that club officials will not consider any bids under £150m, a figure which is said to be Fati's release clause.
