Manchester United and Liverpool are reportedly among the clubs who remain in the hunt for Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Kai Havertz.
Earlier this month, it was suggested that the highly-regarded Germany international would see out the remainder of the season with his current club.
However, despite the 20-year-old's alleged preference, Bild claims that at least half-a-dozen clubs still want to sign the youngster in January.
The report says that United and Liverpool have held discussions over Havertz, while Manchester City remain active in the race for his signature.
Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich also intend to make an offer for the playmaker, who still has two-and-a-half years left on his contract at the Bundesliga outfit.
