Manchester United have reportedly offered Porto the chance to take Anderson on loan.
The Brazilian midfielder is down the pecking order of central midfielders at Old Trafford and United are keen to get him off the wage bill.
The Red Devils are looking for around £7m for a permanent transfer, but have offered him to his former club on a loan deal, according to Goal.com.
It is believed that Anderson would be open to the move in an attempt to stake a claim for the Brazil World Cup squad.
