Manchester United youngster Oliver Norwood could be about to leave Old Trafford in order to get regular first-team football.
The 21-year-old, who has yet to make a senior appearance for the Red Devils, had a spell on loan at Scunthorpe United before spending the latter half of last season on loan at Coventry City.
Norwood made 36 appearances combined for the two lower league clubs and said that he would like to carry on playing every week.
The Northern Irishman, who revealed that he was offered a new deal at United, said that the decision to move on has been a tough one to make.
"I want to play every week like I was this season in the Championship," tlkSPORT quotes Norwood as saying. "It's been the hardest decision in my life for me to make but there comes a time when you have to be realistic."
Norwood has made five appearances for Northern Ireland.
