Manchester United defender Matteo Darmian has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Napoli.
In recent weeks, United have been linked with a move for a number of different left-backs, with Alex Sandro, Danny Rose and Ryan Sessegnon all said to be on Jose Mourinho's radar.
Any fee being spent on a new player would likely be partly offset with a departure, and according to The Mirror, versatile full-back Darmian is attracting interest from Italy.
With Faouzi Ghoulam expected to miss the rest of the season with a serious knee injury, boss Maurizio Sarri must improve his numbers at left-back, and Darmian is considered to be a realistic target.
The Italy international has made just seven appearances in the Premier League and Champions League this season, with the 28-year-old's outings further restricted due to Luke Shaw recently being brought back into the fold.
However, Darmian could feature when United face Bristol City in the EFL Cup quarter-finals on Wednesday night.
