Juventus chief Pavel Nedved has affirmed that the club have received "no signal" that Cristiano Ronaldo wants to leave this summer.
The Old Lady endured a disappointing season under Andrea Pirlo's tutelage in the 2021-22 campaign, relinquishing their Serie A title to Inter Milan and suffering a dampening Champions League last-16 exit to Porto.
Ronaldo - who is currently on holiday following his Euro 2020 exploits - has been heavily linked with an exit in the wake Juve's poor fortunes, and his existing deal in Turin now has under 12 months left to run.
However, Nedved has affirmed that the club are still planning for life with Ronaldo, telling reporters: "Cristiano is on holiday. We have no signal from his entourage that he wants to leave. We're waiting for him and he will return around 25 July as scheduled."
The 36-year-old scooped the Euro 2020 Golden Boot with five goals and one assist from four games with Portugal, and he amassed 29 goals from 33 Serie A outings last season.
A sensational return to Manchester United for the attacker has been mooted, but the Red Devils will soon announce the arrival of Jadon Sancho. body check tags ::
