West Ham United youngster Reece Oxford has reportedly stalled on a new contract at Upton Park to pave the way for some of the Premier League's top clubs to enquire about his availability.
The 15-year-old defender has been a regular for the Hammers' Under-21 side this season, and captained the England's Under-17 in the summer.
According to the Daily Star, West Ham have failed to reach an agreement with Oxford, allegedly touted as 'the next Rio Ferdinand' by youth coaches, which could leave Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal open to signing him up.
Oxford was an unused substitute for Sam Allardyce's charges in their League Cup defeat to Sheffield United in September.
