Paul Pogba will seek a weekly pay rise of £200,000 if he is made to stay at Manchester United, according to a report.
The World Cup-winning midfielder is said to be interested in a move to Barcelona or former club Juventus before the end of the month.
United boss Jose Mourinho is unlikely to sanction the transfer due to a lack of any serious replacements, though, potentially leaving the Red Devils with an unhappy player on their hands.
If no deal goes through for the 25-year-old, The Sun claims that he will demand a wage increase from £180,000 a week to £380,000, taking him closer to United's top earner Alexis Sanchez.
Agent Mino Raiola has previously indicated that it is impossible to tell whether Pogba will remain at Old Trafford come the end of the transfer window, which closes for foreign clubs on August 31.
