Mauricio Pochettino has reportedly been given the go-ahead to sign his three top summer transfer targets after putting pen to paper on a new long-term deal at Tottenham Hotspur.
The 46-year-old extended his contract with the Lilywhites until 2023 on Thursday, which will apparently make him the third highest-paid manager in the Premier League.
As part of the agreement to stay on, The Mirror claims that chairman Daniel Levy has provided funds for a big spending spree ahead of the 2018-19 campaign.
Manchester United forward Anthony Martial is among those Pochettino is keen to bring in, while Ajax centre-back Matthijs de Ligt and Ryan Sessegnon of Fulham are also on his radar.
De Ligt is a full Netherlands international at the age of 18 and Sessegnon is seen as the biggest rising star in English football, having recently been nominated for the PFA Player of the Year award.
Spurs could raise further funds by offloading Jan Vertonghen, Mousa Dembele, Fernando Llorente and Danny Rose.
