Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba's record-breaking move to Manchester United has reportedly taken a big step forward after agent Mino Raiola was spotted in the city.
The Red Devils are said to be confident of finalising a £100m deal to land the 23-year-old later this week, having allowed him to leave on a free contract four years ago.
United were given a further boost in their pursuit to land Pogba on Monday when Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane, who had been widely tipped to also make a nine-figure bid, hinted that he was not interested in signing the Frenchman.
According to Italian publication La Gazzetta dello Sport, Raiola has now jetted into Britain and talks between the two clubs are understood to be at a decisive phase in proceedings.
It is also claimed that Juventus could use a large amount of the fee to immediately sign Gonzalo Higuain from Serie A rivals Napoli, providing a blow to Arsenal who are also rumoured to have shown an interest in the £78m-rated forward.
