Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has allegedly held discussions regarding a future move to Barcelona.

Pogba left Juventus to move to Old Trafford in 2016, with the France international scoring a total of 15 goals in 88 appearances in all competitions.

However, the 25-year-old continues to be linked with a move away from United after two mixed seasons, and according to Tuttosport, preliminary talks have been held with Barcelona.

The report claims that Pogba met with technical director Eric Abidal, leading to suggestions that an offer could be made for the player at some point in the future.

Pogba still has three years remaining on his United contract, leaving them in a strong position when it comes to dealing with any interest in one of their star men.
