Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is reportedly unlikely to leave Old Trafford during the January transfer window.
Earlier this year, the 26-year-old expressed a desire to take on a new challenge, which has naturally resulted in constant speculation regarding the World Cup winner's future.
Real Madrid remain as a possible destination for the France international, who is said to be keen to work under compatriot Zinedine Zidane.
However, according to Goal.com, Pogba does not intend on trying to force a move to another club at the midway point of the campaign.
The report adds that United are also against a sale at the beginning of 2020, leaving it likely that no transfer will be completed until the summer.
While Pogba effectively has two-and-a-half years left on his contract, it has been suggested that the club-record signing will not entertain penning fresh terms.
