Paul Pogba reportedly did not speak to Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in the aftermath of Sunday's 5-0 defeat to Liverpool in the Premier League.
The France international was left out of the starting XI against the Reds before being introduced at the break, when the home side were already four goals behind.
Pogba only lasted 15 minutes of the clash at Old Trafford, though, as he received a straight red card for a poor challenge on Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita.
According to The Sun, the World Cup winner apologised to his teammates in the dressing room after the five-goal defeat, which piled the pressure on Solskjaer.
However, the report claims that the 28-year-old snubbed his manager, who has now lost the backing of a number of senior players at the club amid a poor run of form.
Pogba's contract with the 20-time English champions is due to expire next June, and it does not appear that he has any immediate plans to pen an extension.
The midfielder's agent Mino Raiola recently said that there was "no update" on his client's future. body check tags ::
