Paul Pogba is reportedly stalling on signing a new contract with Manchester United as he waits to learn whether Juventus will be moving for him in next summer's transfer window.
The France international will not be leaving Old Trafford over the next month and his agent Mino Raiola recently claimed that talks over a new deal with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side would soon begin.
However, according to Tuttosport, Pogba is still eager to return to Juve and is therefore stalling on penning fresh terms with the 20-time English champions.
The 2018 World Cup winner left United for Juve in 2012 and won four Serie A titles and two Coppa Italia crowns with the Old Lady before securing a return to the Premier League giants.
The 27-year-old's current deal with Solskjaer's team is due to expire next summer, although the club do have the option of activating an additional 12 months if they cannot agree a new contract.
Pogba had his injury problems during the 2019-20 campaign but was a key player for United in the latter stages of the season as they secured third in the Premier League and reached the Europa League semi-finals.
