Porto are believed to be sizing up a January loan move for Manchester United midfielder Anderson.
The Portuguese club sold the Brazilian, who has started two 19 league games over the past three seasons, to the Red Devils for £24m in 2007.
According to The Mirror, Dragoes will make a loan offer with a view to a permanent deal when the winter transfer window opens.
Despite playing second fiddle, the 25-year-old has stated his desire to stay with the Premier League champions.
